NATE KNOX
ACTING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Nate joined the LOT project staff in February of 2022 as LOT Program Manager. In his time on staff, he has been directly involved with each of our programs and is passionate about serving the ‘least of these.’ Originally from Spartanburg, his family moved to Anderson in 2020. Nate’s wife, Karli, is in vocational ministry, and they have beautiful twin daughters named Eden and Rose.

In 2023, Nate received a certificate in Non-Profit leadership from SC State University and a certificate in Non-profit Management from Duke University.

BETHANY MILBY
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Bethany has volunteered at The LOT Project since April 2022 and has been integral in our ability to serve our neighbors. Originally from Greer, SC she began attending Anderson University in 2020 where she is now completing her undergrad in Human Development and Family Studies. Bethany has volunteer and professional experience in several non-profits in Anderson and is passionate about helping people reach their goals and encounter the goodness of God. 

TERESA BAUER
WEST MARKET MAKERS MANAGER

Teresa Bauer is a local writer and poet here in Anderson, SC where she and her husband, Jeff, have lived for 30 years. As a creative, Teresa hopes to bring a new element and way to serve the faith community and “least of these” in the newest endeavor of The LOT Project, West Market Makers.

ARTISAN GARDENS MANAGER

Ian joined The LOT Project staff in May of 2023 as our Artisan Gardens Manager. Ian and his wife Sophie have called Anderson home for the last four years. He is passionate about serving our neighbors through green spaces and organic produce.

JORDAN OPPATT

LOUIE’S PROGRAM MANAGER

Jordan joined The LOT Project staff in July of 2023 as our Louie’s Program Manager. Originally from Simpsonville, SC, she now calls Anderson home. She is a senior at Anderson University where she is studying Human Development and Family Studies. She has a background in camp ministry and leadership. Jordan is passionate about loving people and making the name of Jesus known.
