NATE KNOX
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nate joined The LOT Project staff in February of 2022 as LOT Program Manager. In his time on staff, he has been directly involved with each of our programs and is passionate about serving the “least of these.” Originally from Spartanburg, his family moved to Anderson in 2020. Nate’s wife, Karli, is in vocational ministry, and they have beautiful twin daughters named Eden and Rose.
Nate has earned a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from SC State University and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University.

IAN MOREL
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Ian joined The LOT Project staff in May of 2023 as our Artisan Gardens Manager. In July of 2024, he transitioned into the role of Community Engagement Director.
Ian and his wife, Sophie, have called Anderson home for the last five years. He is passionate about serving our neighbors through green spaces and involving the community in our mission through education, awareness, and connections.

BETHANY MILBY
SERVICES DIRECTOR
Originally from Greer, SC, Bethany moved to Anderson in 2020 to attend Anderson University. She has a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and directs our basic needs program, Louie’s. She leads case management for our guests who are ready to take their next steps.
Bethany has been on staff since January of 2024 and is passionate about helping people reach their goals and reminding them of their God-given dignity.

TERESA BAUER
WEST MARKET MAKERS MANAGER
Teresa Bauer is a local writer and poet here in Anderson, SC where she and her husband, Jeff, have lived for 30 years. As a creative, Teresa hopes to bring a new element and way to serve the faith community and “least of these” in West Market Makers.
With a heart for the people of Anderson, Teresa joined the staff in December of 2022 and has built West Market Makers into what it is today.

OLIVIA MYS
LOUIE’S PROGRAM MANAGER
Originally serving as an intern in our Donation Center, Olivia transitioned into a staff role in April of 2025. She leads our volunteer team and manages the daily operations of Louie’s, our basic needs program.
A graduate of Anderson University, Olivia studied Criminal Justice and Clinical Psychology. She is deeply committed to meeting people where they are and recognizing the whole person beyond their immediate needs.
